Escherichia coli (E. coli), is one of many species of bacteria living in the lower intestines of mammals, known as gut flora. When located in the large intestine, it assists with waste processing, vitamin K production, and food absorption. Discovered in 1885 by Theodor Escherich, a German pediatrician and bacteriologist,[1] E. coli are abundant: the number of individual E. coli bacteria in the feces that a human defecates in one day averages between 100 billion and 10 trillion.[citation needed] However, the bacteria are not confined to this environment, and specimens have also been located, for example, on the edge of hot springs. The E. coli strain O157:H7 is one of hundreds of strains of the bacterium that causes illness in humans.[2]
As with all Gram-negative organisms, E. coli are unable to sporulate. Thus, treatments which kill all active bacteria, such as pasteurization or simple boiling, are effective for their eradication, without requiring the more rigorous sterilization which also deactivates spores.
As a result of their adaptation to mammalian intestines, E. coli grow best in vivo or at the higher temperatures characteristic of such an environment, rather than the cooler temperatures found in soil and other environments. Wikipedia
Pseudomonas aeruginosa is a Gram-negative, aerobic, rod-shaped bacterium with unipolar motility.[1] An opportunistic human pathogen, P. aeruginosa is also an opportunistic pathogen of plants.[2] P. aeruginosa is the type species of the genus Pseudomonas (Migula 1894).[3]
P. aeruginosa secretes a variety of pigments, including pyocyanin (blue-green),
Staphylococcus aureus, literally "Golden Cluster Seed" and also known as golden staph, is the most common cause of staph infections, is a spherical bacterium, frequently living on the skin or in the nose of a person, that can cause a range of illnesses from minor skin infections, such as pimples, impetigo, boils, cellulitis and abscesses, to life-threatening diseases, such as pneumonia, meningitis, endocarditis, Toxic shock syndrome (TSS), and septicemia. Abbreviated to S. aureus or Staph aureus in medical literature, S. aureus should not be confused with the similarly named (and also medically relevant) species of the genus Streptococcus.
S. aureus was discovered in Aberdeen, Scotland in 1880 by the surgeon Sir Alexander Ogston in pus from surgical abscesses.[1] Each year some 500,000 patients in American hospitals contract a staphylococcal infection. Wikipedia

P. aeruginosa is often preliminarily identified by its pearlescent appearance and grape-like odor in vitro. Definitive clinical identification of P. aeruginosa often includes identifying the production of both pyocyanin and fluorescein as well as its ability to grow at 42C. P. aeruginosa is capable of growth in diesel and jet fuel, where it is known as a hydrocarbon utilizing microorganism (or "HUM bug"), causing microbial corrosion. Bacteria: are widely distributed in soil, water, and air, and on or in the tissues of plants and animals.
Formerly included in the plant kingdom, they are now classified separately (as prokaryotes).
They play a vital role in global ecology, as the chemical changes they bring about include
those of organic decay and nitrogen fixation. Much modern biochemical knowledge has been
gained from the study of bacteria because they grow easily and reproduce rapidly in laboratory cultures.
NOTE: The Ozone generated by The Water O3zonator is NOT intended to be breathed in.
It is intended for water ozonation only. Ozone can be very damaging to sensitive lung tissues.
Always use The Water O3zonator in a well ventilated area. The WOZ5 unit's output ozone concentration is below permissible levels (<0.05 PPM) at a distance greater than 48" from unit.
NOTE: Exposure levels of Ozone in air at 0.1 PPM can be tolerated for up to 8 hours before
being considered a hazard. With the WOZ5, the Ozone reading in the air is 0.1 PPM and
less, 24 inchesfrom the source. At 48 inches from the source, the reading is 0.06 PPM and less. Keep back 4'... the excess ozone will clean your room air after it cleans the water.
NOTE: The WOZ5 unit is not a medical grade ozone generator. Medical grade ozonators
usually cost 5-10 times more than even excellent quality, non-medical ozonators like
the WOZ5. Please, do not attempt to feed pure oxygen (O2) into the chamber.
This caution applies to any ozone generator on the market that does not
have medical grade parts and components throughout.
Options for Powering the Water O3zonator:
In the event of a power outage here are some options for powering the Water Ozonator:

The WOZ5 Water O3zonator may be operated directly from a 12 Volt DC Battery like an automobile cigarette lighter. You will need to purchase an Adapter cord which plugs into the cigarette lighter and has a Centre Positive, 2.1mm Plug, like from Radio Shack.
The WOZ5 Water O3zonator Unit can be powered by a suitable solar panel. Keep in mind that most solar panel generators are used to re-charge a battery which in turn operates the unit. Therefore we suggest you use a solar panel (preferably a sealed Gel-Cel type) to re-charge a 12 Volt DC automobile battery, then run the WOZ5 Water O3zonator Unit directly from the battery. You will need to use a cord which has alligator clips on one end to attach to the battery terminals, and the appropriate Centre Positive, 2.1mm Plug on the other end to plug into the WOZ5 Water O3zonator Unit. Be careful with polarity! This type of cord with alligator clips on one end is probably not readily available, therefore you will to need to buy a cord and cut off the end that normally goes into the cigarette lighter, and solder your own set of alligator clips. Use a black and red alligator clips so you ensure polarity is correct each time you connect the circuit.
If you wish to operate the WOZ5 Water O3zonator Unit directly from a solar panel you will need to use a 12 Volt DC output panel that is capable of supplying at least 2 Amps. The WOZ5 Water O3zonator Unit's initial starting demands may require a higher output solar panel. That is why it is preferable to use a charged 12 Volt DC battery instead.

(220/240 Volt AC 50Hz Mains) Requirements:

The Water Ozonator ships with an International Wall Adaptor intended for any voltage from 110VAC 60 Hz (North America) to 220/240 Volt AC 50 Hz Mains (as found in International Countries). Thus, you can use your new Water Ozonator virtually anywhere in the world.
